This web-site is dedicated and in honor of my dear friend, Margaret LaTour. She passed away on September 19, 2002 after a long battle with heart disease. She was my Mentor and very dear friend.
She saved the lives of thousands of German Shepherd Dogs through her volunteer rescue activities and also taught so many people how to understand their own dogs.
She was highly respected in the Dog World Community and is truly missed by me and so many others.

He is your friend, your defender, your dog. You are his life, his love, his leader.
He will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart.
You owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion.
